Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
